Complaints office for price and station data
If you notice incorrect prices or station details, you can report them directly on any city page via “Report an error” (warning-triangle icon next to the station) to the Market Transparency Unit for Fuels (Markttransparenzstelle für Kraftstoffe). The report is routed via Tankerkönig.de; the Market Transparency Unit forwards it to the station operator.

Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

- Market Transparency Unit for Fuels (Markttransparenzstelle für Kraftstoffe, MTS-K) at the Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt) – prices for Super E5, Super E10 and diesel as well as the name, brand, address and opening status of the stations
- Tankerkönig.de – provision of the MTS-K data via the free fuel price interface, licence CC BY 4.0
- Tankerkönig.de – historical MTS-K data (all price changes), from which we calculate the price history per city ourselves, licence CC BY-NC-SA 4.0; the averages we calculate from it are released under the same licence

We show prices unchanged and together with the details of the respective station. We calculate average prices and price ranges ourselves from this data and label them accordingly. All information is provided without guarantee – only the price at the pump is authoritative.

Use of the price data
The price data on Spritfuchs24.de is intended exclusively to inform consumers. Automated retrieval, passing on and any commercial use of the data are not permitted – in particular by mineral oil companies, petrol station operators and affiliated companies, or by IT service providers working for the mineral oil industry.
